Aliaksei Yanchuk

Education: In 1996-1997 Aliaksei was studying in the USA under Freedom Support Act Secondary School Program – Student Exchange program sponsored by the United States Senate. During program was active in the Business Professionals of America Students associated and studies business law. Received third award on National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida. From 1997 to 2002 Aliaksei studied in the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with major in business computing. From 2002 to 2005 Aliaksei attends post-graduate studies in the same university with major in mathematical and algorithmic provisions for computational systems and networks. In 2005, Aliaksei joined for a quick stage with Department of Informatics at the University of Trento, Italy. Professional Experience: Aliaksei started professional career in 1999 when he joined Minsk office of BelCAF company. (The company was later renamed to SaM Solutions). Since 2001 Aliaksei’s projects were concerned most with performing outsourced assignments from the European Patent Office. In April 2005 Aliaksei joined the European Patent Office as a contractor on the OCR project. In his 4 years the role has evolved from Java back-end developer into architect lead, team lead and deputy project manager. Aliaksei is responsible for suite of products underpinning technical and political contracts.
